My rear window has been knocked off it's track along the bottom of the window and is now disconnected from the bolts that hold it on. The reason this happened is from having a very large stereo system in the bed of the truck (blowthrough) and the rear window couldn't withstand the abuse from all the pressure in the small cabin. I was just wondering if anyone has had their rear window come loose like mine and what they did to fix it. The stereo is not being taken out so that's not a solution I'm planning on having a glass shop replace the window with a new one but I don't want the same problem to happen again. Is there a sealant I can have them use to prevent this from happening again?
