'04 Ranger 6 cyl reg cab purchased back in April from Carmax. Truck was fine for first few months now it has a loud whine at higher speeds but its wind related. Calm day no noise. My son says its coming from the vent passenger side, under the windshield wiper. I can't tell myself. Truck has those little plastic rain shields over the windows. My guess is that maybe the door is sprung a bit and letting the wind in. I say this because the doors are so light and could get thrown open by the wind, not that I've noticed this happening. Anyone have a similar problem? Gloria
