Well they're not something to rave about but I do like their look, I don't want or need HIDs to see

Ok. When you truck burns down, or the wire harness melts causing $1,000 of damage and labor, don't come here and complain about it.

That's exactly how most of us thought when we tried those cheap bulbs... "Why spend $40 when I can spend $10?"

Well... when they start burning out a LOT quicker and when your wiring harness or pigtails need to be replaced, you'll understand.

The thinking that got me to justify getting an HID kit for my motorcycles is this:
"HID's last at LEAST 10 times longer than regular halogen bulbs.... If I buy the average set of bulbs at $15 each, that's $150 worth of bulbs."

Spending $40 on a cheap HID kit will be well worth it for the savings factor AND the increased light output factor. Trust me. Trust US!!!

Ok so where is the link for some cheap $40 HIDS? I would say run them for a few hours, then get under and feel the wires..with the lights still on. It wouldnt be too hard to run a relay and some heavier wires and some REALLY obnoxious bright beams. But then you WOULD melt the lens and maybe the grill LOL

Do these really burn any hotter than the stock bulbs do? I ran them a lot for almost two years without any problems. Sorry to be a nuisance, I'm just itching to do some stuff to my truck.
