Hey guys,

Need help!! I went to pulled out the truck 1 day and started prefectly went in reverse and engine shut off with no warning. Hasn't started since. I have a 95 SOHC L4 engine it cranks but won't start. I checked the fuel pressure got 40 psi. Changed spark plugs and wires (2 spark plugs per cylinder) I'm getting spark. Tested ignition coil for resistance Secondary got around 11 to 12 kohms and Primary got about 2 ohms. I have no engine check light. Checked it with OBD2 scanner anyway no codes. I'm thinking about changing the crankshaft sensor next. Can anybody help me? If I left anything out please let me know.

you have what is know as a 2.3 liter. so you have spark and fuel. you can try disconneting hte battery and let it sit for 30 minutes let the computer clear out.
I would bet it is the timing chain if it was a sensor they usally still fire at time badly but one the new ones there are 2 sensors that really do the same thing so if one goes teh other will still have enough info for the computer to run,
