if the trucks leaning...and somethings broken in the front of the leaf spring... it would be a hanger bracket right?..the shackles are in the back right?
in a round about price...how much would it cost if they're bad?

Could be a broken shackle or a mounting bolt. jack it up and see what comes loose. Just be sure to block wheels and use jack stands. should be an easy fix.

i did shackles and shackle hangers, they are on the back end of the leaf spring. i think they were like 30 bucks from ford for the hangers, the front hangers look a little bigger and might be a little more expensive but you can tackle that job in your driveway.
