okay okay okay, AntonL, if it's less than an inch difference, then you can pick up a pack of the twist-in coil spacers. i got a pack of 4 for $10. you know the ones i'm talking about?
warning - they will fall out if you go off-road at all.
did you get new leaf springs in the rear?

The coils I swapped in are from an explorer and are slightly shorter but are thicker so they don't compress as much when I lower the truck down.
I also put "new" leaf springs and shocks that came off a 2002 Ranger. The leaf springs are worlds beefier than the stock mess that was in there. The shocks are just taller from what I can tell, previous owner had a set of brown Gabriel shocks.

Re: "Ranger Lean?"
Umm, getting parts from other trucks doesn't make them new.
Mileage doesn't mean Sh*t either, because my 9 year old truck only has 54,600 miles on it, yet my rear springs can barely handle 500 lbs before the rear of my truck levels with the front.
If your driver's side front leans, get NEW coils that have never been on a vehicle before. If that still doesn't fix it, and you still get all upset about it, have some custom coils built. Have them give you a stiffer coil on the driver's side to minimize the drop.
If it's only the driver's side rear that leans, still have a custom leaf pack built, and make sure it's a stiffer spring. Your ride quality may suffer a small amount, but it's pretty obvious that you're more worried about your truck leaning.

It seems to be mostly the rear, but the the entire thing noticeably leans. Even with an empty tank. And I get it doesn't mean much which is why I quoted new.
But what makes me think it's not suspension related is that once I swapped the springs the lean angle didn't change at all, whole back end just got a bit taller with the same lean angle.
It seems some people are clearly getting a bit pissy that I want to fix this and I don't really get why. I'm just trying to get my truck right. Maybe I'll try pulling a few leaves off my old pack and add them to this one.

can we get pictures of front end underneath (under door and under bumper), far away shots, shots from behind the axle and also shots of both rear springs.

Re: "Ranger Lean?"
Another thing you can check is your body mounts. You'll have to crawl under the truck, but try comparing the passenger side to the driver's side. If there's any kind of cracking in the mounts, they're failing on you, and could be a source of your lean.

Re: "Ranger Lean?"
Mine does the same thing, a 97. Leans on the drivers side front mainly without me in it. I put brand new HD front springs and all 4 shocks. All that did was raise the truck up. Its still the same lean. Its not the body because i've measured it from underneath the truck too. 1 inch doesn't sound like alot but it is when you look at the measuring tape. I can live with it but it does bother me as thats why I changed the springs. Just like what he said, I can't imagine it came off the show room floor leaning! I remember looking at new Rangers back then and never seen them lean at the dealers. It definately has to do with weight because I can lift the drivers side up so theres nothing restricting it from up travel. I wish I would of left me OLD passanger spring in and just changed the drivers side. I bet that would of solved most of it. Now the handling wouldnt be as good though so it's kinda a loose loose battle.

There's quits a bit of hostility jeez.
I took the bed off and checked everything, found nothing. Took it to Les Schwab for an opinion, nothing. No broken or bent parts. I'm going to try swapping sides and see if it helps. If not I'll add a few leaves to the rear and may try different springs. I'm becoming more and more convinced it's the massive gas tank. Also found the previous owner changed the exhaust which took up the passenger side.
I appreciate all of the help. For those annoyed by my question, you need to chill out.
