Ya its a 11/16" standard bolt. I was thinking it might be a tty but it's bolted through. I've tried the pb nothing.

while you've got the 11/16ths on there and you're pulling the wrench end or socket end, get a rubber mallet and tap it lightly and then tap harder and harder, but don't break something. i don't know if it will work...
