Do HID's just mount into the normal housing/lights, or do I need new fixtures and everything?

They should fit your stock lights. I'm going to assume you'll need the same kit as I did so hopefully someone will correct me if i'm wrong but you should need the 9007 HID kit.

I just installed my kit over the weekend, I did both headlights & fog lights. I couldn't be happier, they look amazing, my field of vision is wider and everything is just lit up better.
