Default Fog Light blown

Hey, I just bought some new fog light bulbs because my other ones blow out. So i bought some new ones from ebay and i installed them about a week or soo again. And i notice that one of the bulbs where blown out again! And i just replaced them. I am wondering why are my bulbs blowing so fast. Could it be because of the quailty or what? I contact the people i bought them from on ebay to see if i can get a replacement. But i am wondering what is causing this.. The bulbs are H3 bulbs.

Oh, Well the lights are not really bright
But anyways the lights are a knock off brand because i don't see no name-brand on them. I will check my connections and everything tomorrow because i just notice it tonight. But if my connections are all good, it is just this shitty lights have blown. But i contact the seller and hopefully he will replace them

Well i did touch the glass with my fingers.
I did not think it matter with the H3 lights. I only thought that matter with the Halogen headlights bulbs.
But this happen with my last set of bulbs also. One blew out then the other one blew out.

That is why you keep blowing the bulbs.
