The little things that make our trucks who they are thread!
Thought I'd start this since every vehicle has different characteristics.
Well the idea is simple: tell us what makes your truck different in any way, or something you noticed that it does. Simple little game so have fun about it.
My truck on this subject has a mind of its own. The emergency brake light decides to come on when i start moving and go out when I come to a complete stop. Not a big issue but its kinda funny. My trucks like a female always giving me problems thats why her name is Samantha after my ex which was nothing but problems. Anyways its that time of the month where the truck just drives and acts like a pu**y and then sometimes itll just be a boss about everything do what i say when i say it how i say it.

Mine is special because it looks nothing like it did when I first bought it. Also, I've seen similar trucks (same trim level, config., and color), but I've never seen one done like mine.

Kinda obvious but mine is different because of the engine and all the work that went in it

Re: The little things that make our trucks who they are thread!
mines different because of the rims but the main reason i would have to say would be how i got my ranger. it took 4 years altogether to get it running. 1 year alone to get the heads repaired. lol

Nothing special about either of mine. The '98 is in restoration mode and '11 is pretty much bone stock for now with no quirks that I've noticed as of yet. Major mods on the New Ranger will have to wait until the '98 is done.

Re: The little things that make our trucks who they are thread!
Mines special cuz all the little and big things I've done. New rebuilt motor, rebuilt transmission, new rims and new big 33"tires, yellow skids, working on front receiver and brush/grille guard, all the small mods done and in progress.
Its also all the hours i have spent, all the sweat, and blood lol.
Those are the things that make it different than those who just buy a new truck and do nothing with it or for it and trade it off a few years down the road.
Oh and its all paid off, all mine. Lol

Re: The little things that make our trucks who they are thread!
Mine's not special... yet. But what I have planned for her... she soon will be.
First, my plan is to turn the drab 95 interior into a freshened 2012 interior with Exploder parts. Already have my white-back cluster coming and getting HVAC controls if its still for sale Friday. Im on the prowl at the local Pick-n-pull for exploder/new ranger seats. Also doing the trim body colored and got a new carpet kit coming. Not to mention my system which is already in minus the custom box im making
Next comes the body. Wheels, tires, lift, paint. Also changing headlights and tails.
Engine... TURBO FTW!!! (waaaaaay down the road)
So yeah... shes gonna be unique in no time.
