I have a leak in the fuel line of my ranger, right behind the filter. There is a short chunk of hose that runs from the fuel line to the filter coupler. Can that hose just be replaced with high pressure hoses and hose clamps or do I need to get the parts to replace it? Thanks for any help!

It may still be available through the dealer. If your dealer doesn't have the part and it is not longer available they have the abiltiy to do a search to see is other dealers have one in inventory. Dorman makes repair kits and should be available through local auto parts store like AutoZone or Adavance Auto Parts. You could probably use high pressure fuel hose with the right clamps and fittings. I would prefer OEM line as opposed to making something up, but thats just me.
