Default No power and dies occasionally

Two days ago my truck started up fine and drove to work alright. I got to work and sat in it for ten minutes with it running. Shortly thereafter I could hear it idling rough. I put it into gear and tried to drive, it would drive but it had no power and sort of a jerky motion. I drove to my office and it kept doing the same thing on the way there. When I parked it just died. I was thinking my alternator went. Anyways I left my office and drove home, it started rough and drove bad half way there then it seemed to drive normal. I had battery and alternator checked(ok) do I put some gas treatment in when I filled up. it was fine for a day, then it started acting up again today. I was driving it home and had absolutely no power at all, then it went back to normal. I gassed it and then it started again. Then it worked fine the rest of the way home. I was going to bring it somewhere, but it was running fine. Anyways I got it home and got my other car. Does anyone have any idea what this may be or had similar symptoms. Thank you in advance

Check engine light on?

Could be a vacum line. Last time it was tuned up and oil changed?

Try either fuel injector cleaner or maf sensor cleaner. If either are dirty they'll make your truck act more funny then jim carey on speed. And try running shell vpower through it too just a gallon...same additives as a octane booster or whatever. You can pick up off the shelf. My truck usually acts funny if I've driven through a puddle and sucked some water into the filter

Crappy gas? When this happens to me, the first thing I do is to tank up someplace else, just to see if it wasn't a load of bad gas.

Bad park plug
Broken or dirty MAF
Broken or dirty IAC
Sever vacuum leak
Cracked spark plug wire

Is there no check engine light?

Clogged fuel filter? If its not getting adequate fuel supply it will sputter and be missing power.
