Default 3.0 vs 4.0

Thinking about getting another Gen3 Ranger, dont know why just like them. But dont know witch motor to go with. I hear the 3.0 is more like my 2.3 witch i love, just hard to find a 2.3 4x4. So whats the pros and cons of the 3.0 and 4.0 (dont care about speed, i mean gas use, towing, hauling, mudding)

your going to start so much shit with this thread. lots love the 3.0 over the 4.0 and others love the 4.0 over the 3.0. And it will start shit when someone gets but hurt over one motor being better then the other. but i say 4.0 of coarse same mpg as a 3.0 but has more power

4.0L for sure... gas mileage sucks but it is worth the power, this is a strong engine!
