Default Fog Light

Hey i have halogen lights on my headlights. And the bulbs are blown well it doesnt come on. So im guessin the bulbs are blown. It is a H3 bulb. I am thinking about ordering a replacemnt from ebay.. But my question is how can i tell if the bulb is burnt out or not?

I am also wondering do you think it will be cool to wire the halogen light to a switch so i can turn it on and off from the inside?

Because rite now i have it hooked to the parking lights so when they come on the halogen come on. I am not sure if thats what blowned the bulbs or not. But i am thinking if i just wire it so i can turn them on and off from the inside that might be better. But the bad part is i will have to turn it on manually if i do that.

Everything looks connected. But the back of the bulb looks a little rusty/dark But the glass on the bulb looks fine.. I am wondering if it is not getting a good connection...

I just went ahead and won some more H3 Lights on Ebay.

I am wondering should i wire them to a switch and just use a switch to turn them on and off or wire them to my parking lots.

By the way this is for my Halogen lights on my headlights.

This is what i got!
H3 Light

I think it is a good deal because at autozone they got 6 and some change for one.
