Default De-modded for Winter

I hate it when my truck looks like this for 2 reasons:
1) Winter is just around the corner
2) All of the time and money that I spent on my mods is sitting in the basement.

Busy day on Sunday. Swapped-out my color-matched grille with billet insert for the chrome stocker-since I had to remove my light bar, I decided to change the connectors for the lights from crimp-on quick connects to some nice WeatherPak connectors (expensive, but totally worth it). Re-built my weight box and installed in the bed. Pulled the RS9000XLs and put the crappy-looking old RS50000s back on. De-cranked the torsion bars. Pulled my beautiful Classic Locks with REVOs and put on the stockers with Blizzaks.
Hideous!!

This.

It's not like any mod is an investment, as soon as you take anything out the store, its value is cut down severely.

Plus i'd want mods in winter, like a light bar, that is a nifty item to get for the uber dark winter nights.

The biggest reason that I de-mod is that I show my truck in the Summer--the more that I can take off, the less that's going to take a beating in the winter. Too much salt, too much gravel (not sand) get put down by the road crews during the winter. I have dedicated wheels with snow/ice tires that i run in the winter--why pay to have them swapped over twice a year, plus it saves my nice wheels. I decrank due to the major frost heaves that crop up on VT's highways once the ground freezes--gives me a much more civilized ride and also helps to keep stuff from shaking off of the truck.

whats winter mode? Lol. Ohh yeah, it means having to wear a sweater instead of a t-shirt.

You SoCal guys have it even better, it means having to wear a t-shirt instead of no shirt . hah
