I find a Tbird supercoupe(2.3T) on almost every junkyard trip I go on.... at least around here, those cars are somewhat plentiful and in all reality, you only want what's inside the block on those. Forged rods and pistons. As well as the turbo header.
Stock parts work, but are not the best to use for a good power setup. All I'd run is forged internals, a 97ish 2.3L block, a tubular coated turbo header, and a 2.5 head port and polished. Probably a T3 T4. Turbos can be had off ebay for dirt cheap.
