Since it is happening on both banks we can assume that it is not an O2 sensor issue so you need to look at un-metered air entering the intake, low fuel concerns or a primary fuel sensor such as MAF. If you have an air leak it is affecting both banks so it would most likely be between the throttle body and the MAF sensor, this is cheap and easy to check. The next choice is a low fuel pressure concern, for this you will need a fuel pressure gage, hook it on the fuel rail, tape the gage to the windshield and go for a drive, see if it maintains pressure under load, if not replace the fuel filter and recheck, if it is still low your fuel pump is bad. If the fuel pressure is ok carefully remove the MAF sensor and clean the wires that protrude into the intake air stream, they tend to get fuzz on them and read wrong, if all these are ok it will need to see someone that is experienced in drivablity repairs and diagnosis.
