Default does anybody's ranger do the same thing?

Just wondering if ya'lls rangers when you take off does your slip yoke notch like throw little quick vibrations? I have to grease my slip yoke almost once a month if not more to eliminate that. If ya'll have done anything different to solve this solution or just deal with it cuz it is what it is just let me know please. thanks!

Idk if your talking about the same thing as mine does but when I come to a stop and take back off mine has a "jerk" to it. It feels like what a trailer does when your towing it, when the slack is takin out of the ball or your hitch and you get a "jerk". It feels like there's slack in the drive shaft or somthin but I've had my ranger for 6 years and nothing has we t wrong with it so idk what it could be? And also this is not the first ranger I had that done this, my last one did and again nothing ever went wrong with it so what cold it be???

There was a known issue for the yoke on the Rangers in the early 2000's, and my 02' was "jerky" a little also. There really isn't much you can do except regularly grease it. The problem apparantly went away because my later Rangers didn't do this.

I had this annoying double bump / slack issue with my '98 Ranger when moving from a stop on a medium to hard acceleration. Replaced transfer case rear flange, cleaned and lubed driveline slip yoke and double bump is gone.
