Question engine coolint smelll

i was wondering is it normal to smell engine coolint after running the truck? il run it then ether just smell it or walk by the front of the truck and smell it...its real strong to..but i have checked the fluids and its fine. and never needs more..so i no there isnt a leak..any one help me out?

iv got a 94 ford ranger. most baisic truck u can ever get. no power stearing. manual locks and windows. got a JVC KDR200, with a pair of Pyle 6" X 8" Blue Label 3-Way Speakers and wired an antennna. its a 2.3L 4 banger, with a 5 speed manual transmission. it had 117,400 miles on it wen i got it. i plan on dropping it a few inches. in the procces of repainting the interior. i want new headlights and taillights and paint my factory rims black. plan on getting a cheap sub and put in it.

yea but the fluid dont move..so it cant be leaking.

since i got the truck...lil over a month...most the time i can smell it. sometimes i cant

On colder days you smell it more?


I had a really slow leak. Would leak about 1 gallon in 6months. Took forever for me to find it was leaking from the radiator where the platic end caps attach to the aluminum part.

truthfullly idn..not sure if its the weather or not..i smell it wen its hot or cold out...y? does that mean something?
