Ac and evap???
Are these two systems linked??? And if so could it be setting my cel off? It seams like every time I use my ac the cel comes on and reads evap leak....

Sounds like they should be, and if they are I would say that is why its coming on. There is a leak on the A/C side of the evap system...but I could be wrong, hopefully someone else will lead you better than I!

i thought the typical evap leak is the gas cap? or something along the lines of vacuum leak?

Yes but I just find it weird that every time I click my ac on after about 10 min the cel comes on...
