2010 Traction control
Here is my question. My 2010 XLT 4x4 has traction control, which works well. My problem is, when I turn the traction control off, it does not really turn off. When I turn it off using the push button, it sorta of just works less and still won't let me break the tires loose. There are times when I do not want my vehicle to monitor my wheel spin. Is there any way to truly turn the traction control all the way OFF?

I think i read it in the owners manual that you have to hold the button 5 secs for everything to come off.. Just look it up in the owners manual to make sure

it still doesnt turn it fully off, it comes back on. i just pull the main (40a??) abs underhood fuse.
