Is the Ford Ranger exactly the same as the Mazda B series pickup?
Are there any differences at all?

I had a buddy with a 98 Ranger, and I have a 94 Mazda. As far as I could tell the interiors were basically the same, and engines/transmissions were basically the same. The engines are interchangeable. just the badging is different. I couldn't tell you about later years...

beds are different, along with tails. A few more I am sure but I do believe everyhting mechanical is the same.
