Default Fog Light HID's not working

I recently purchased a 10,000k HID Bi-Xenon Kit for the headlights and I purchased the 10,000K H10 Kit, the guy who I bought them from said the H10 kit is the same as a 9145, which is the kit I ended having shipped to me. I plugged it all together and the headlight where all messed because he gave me a 9004/9007 which the low beam and ground had to be reversed but my fog lights arent working. Any solutions?

If they aren't working, you have something wired up wrong or blew a fuse. I don't know what you did wrong without looking at it. Might help if you mentioned what year truck you have. And did you do anything regarding the mandatory DRL in Canada?

Also, 10k's are way too blue and you will (hopefully) be pulled over and ticked for it.

Why would you get 10k heads and fogs?

With any luck, you buddy will be pulled over and ticketed soon too. Not being ticketed yet doesn't make it fine. Those stupid things shouldn't even be allowed to be sold.

Its a 2009 Ford Ranger. Its a plug and play kit. I disconnected it and tired my fog bulb they still work. So I dont know what else would be wrong? Just so you know its a cheaper version HID so the 10,000k is like a blueish white.
