Default truck wont drive

hi i'm anthony, i just recently bought a 2001 xlt 4.0 4x4 extended cab.. I mainly bought the truck to put my boat into and out of the water, and the occasional trip to fill up with firewood. needless to say i was using it pretty regularly. i've had it for 3 months now, driving it every few days. last saturday i took the boat out of the water and unhooked it. pulled the truck up a few feet and put it in gear along with the parking break. i had to work far from my house so i was using my car all week until today. i got home from work and was going to put the boat in for the weekend on the mooring. started it up, took it out of gear, and released the parking brake. the truck was stuck and wouldnt move, i tried rocking it in first, and also in reverse. it wouldnt budge. the rear driver side wheel was moving, but the rear passenger would not break free. i also tried putting it into 4 wheel drive, which just pulled it.

does anyone have any suggestions?
i dont know what to do, please help and thank you in advance

I would suggest against trying to rock the truck and break it free, the previous owner of my F100 did that when the shoes had welded themselves to the drum, and the "welds" broke and cut ridges in my brakes.

Instead, jack it up and take the wheel off. Then attempt to remove the brake drum. Hit it around the edges if it sticks. Once you get that off try and see if anything else in the brake assembly is sticking. Spray everything with brake cleaner.

ok thanks, i was a little hesitant about rocking it. i didnt know if i could brak an axle. do you think it could have something to do with the water?

Water plus salt on the roads at winter time and condensation accumulation can all rust out the metal brake parts very easily and cause them to rust together, which is what my F100 did.
