Default NOOB ranger questions

This may be the dumbest question you've heard, but i know nothing about ford rangers.

is there a such thing as a 1996 v6 3.0 5speed thats 2wd?

i found a guy whos trying to sell me one (its purple) and has 200k miles. needs a windshelid and rear quarter pannel needs painted. interior is ok. how muhc would you say this is worth? and how relaiable is it considering it has 200k miles?

any help is greatly appreciated! thanks!

well, if the guy is selling a 1996 3.0 5speed 2wd, i'd say they exist... wouldn't you?

and as long as it's maintained well, i think you can get another 100k out of it. price, though.... dirt cheap.

nah, the 4.0 has been around since '90. The 3.0 was first put in a Ranger in '91, and at first, only with 2wd.
