3rd brake light may not have bulbs in it or the fuse maybe blown for it. would be listed in owners manual as the CHSML

Even if there are wires in the bed of the truck near the tailgate like they had a topper or something? Will see if any of this works then.

The regular ones won't.

I had found one that did (he had a ford racing/roush banner), i wanted to lift my truck and they offered me to insert "pucks" in the back and adjustable keys. I went back a month later with my shopping list (did my homework here ) of quality parts, but they weren't working on trucks anymore due to a lot of unsatisfied customers, now DUH!

The dealer will not install those. In fact, no actual shop should be installing them at all. Shops and dealers are regulated by federal DOT standards (FMVSS) and none of those comply with the standards.

Third brakelight and tail lights are easy, you shouldn't have any problems with those.
As for the headlights there is a how-to on this site. I have them and managed to do it myself, it gets a little tight for room but is pretty straightforward. The how-to was really well written with lots of pics.

Post Re: Anyone know if Ford Dealerships install Aftermarket parts?

FORD dealers have to install actual Ford parts when under warranty, if its customer pay, then they can install Motorcraft, NAPA, or whichever parts house they use for non-Ford warranty parts.

Dealers that fly a Roush flag do install Roush parts, as in cat-back systems, cold air intakes, etc.

We have installed Pro Comp leveling kits on F150s & Super Dutys, Roush lowering kits on Mustangs, and they do have a manufacturers warranty that we stand behind.

I know some local dealerships install aftermarket parts on new vehicles before they are sold, but they then claim the warranty is only valid at their dealership. A lot of dealerships in SoCal install aftermarket lift kits on trucks to bump up the price (and profit).

You shouldn't have any problem finding a shop that will install aftermarket parts for you, they usually just throw out some disclaimer that if the parts don't work it's not their problem.

I agree with everyone else though, the stuff you have is super easy to replace, just do it yourself.

The instructions that come with the headlights suck pretty bad but you can do it man. I had never wired anything in my life and I got all of that stuff done and it works great. If you need any help just shoot me a pm.
