if i did my math right, you're going to pay $14,988 for this truck.

just a comparison: i got my 2005 used in 2007 with just under 37k miles, fully loaded for 12k with a full warranty.

Holy crap that a nice truck for a shitty price.

I paid 8k for my Ranger not including interest. 03, Edge, Supercab, 3.0, Power everything, 6-disc, 42,000 miles, etc. They were asking 10K, but I bitched about the tires being original and dry rotted, bitched about a lifter tick that went away when I put Motorcraft oil back in it, and bitched about the front end shake. Got them to knock off about 1500 just for that stuff. Then my 2K down payment that I saved over a year and half period. Now I've got about 5K left on it.

I would take his tick and lower miles for 8k over your "perfect" ranger for around 18k because I know that is not a 10,000 dollar fix. Everything can be fixed man. And can all be fixed for cheap if you can do it yourself. You're complaining so bad about that mountaineer and that car would have been just fine to use for a while during a search for a lower price and not a hose job. Bad call man. Sorry but it was a bad call. Glad you got what you wanted though congrats on that.
