Ranger Ads?
Not sure why Ford has not been adverting the Ranger the last couple of years?
The truck is still around for now, and I'm sure sales will be better if they do a TV ad or some type of ad on them.

It's usually not Ford advertising them...it's a local dealer. At least here. I still see Rangers advertised by FoMoCo on those Mike Rowe commercials...at the end...or even just in the background.

They aren't going to spend advertising dollars on a Model that is on it's way out.
I wish they would just redo the Ranger. Keep it the size it is now. Just give it a more modern look & updated technology. Maybe put the ecotech 4cyl & 6cyl as engine options. Last edited by DieHard4rd; 10-26-2009 at 04:13 PM.

I saw commercials for the 2008 & 2009... I'm assuming it's a combination of planning to discontinue the model and it seems to be selling itself (as always) thanks to the classic "truck with good mileage"...

Ford hasn't promoted the Ranger like they have for all their other vehicles in a long time.
