saw a two tone flare-side like 01ish is that factory or paint?

I don't think Ford did any 2 tone paint on Rangers, but I could be wrong.

I know that these aren't factory:

If you mean the rocker panels were a different color, then it could be factory.

gray rocker panels are on fx4 level 2's from the factory, you can see mine in my album if you need pic
