I'll clarify a bit. I followed the Ranger through two red lights where we both stopped for the red light. His cab third brake light would flash while stopped then go out when he let off the brakes.

Terry, please stop being a complete toolbag... occasionally, its warranted. But not with every post..

Go kick your dog or yell at the neighborhood kids about being on your lawn or something.

That would mean he would have to put his burger down and get off the couch though

I think it's a good idea. Anything that could help avoid an accident i think it worth it That's why i got the tailgate brake light bar. More light should mean i'm more visible when i stop. My aunt's motorcycle is equipped with a similar light, hits the brakes and it flashes 3 or 4 times then goes solid. She's taken it across the USA and part of Canada, and never had any issues.

There's a guy around the block from me that has a flashing unit in his Ranger. I like the idea.

We need to find a free whore for Terry. 47 years of virginity obviously affects attitude.

The public transportation buses around here have flashing brake lights as well.

http://www.amazon.com/FLASHER-MODULE-MOTORCYCLE-SCOOTER-REARALERT/dp/B0036RFLR6 and flahses six times before going solid

If you can solder then this one is programmable for 5 or ten flashes. It has selectable flash repeat so you won't keep flashing the vehicle behind you in stop and go traffic.

They'll tell you that after handing you a "fix it" citation. If someone can't see 2 brake lights and the cab mounted light then they certainly don't need to be driving.

Not necessarily. Fix-it tickets do not apply to everything, and are optional.
