walked into a dealership, told them i want a truck with the two following criteria [after my dream truck, a vista blue 4l xlt with l/s] was "on a truck and we dont know where the truck is", ANY manual ranger. they ended up not having one, we sign the papers on one from a different lot and wait. well they managed to fuck up and give me an auto. we tore the contract up, threw it at them, and not even an hour later we have my baby

pretty much. the xlt was even manual. i told the guy i hate autos.

btw this was like over a 3 day span. thurs i go in, they didnt have the blue truck, I spot [me, the guy didnt see it on the lot ] a white xl manual on the lot that hadn't been PDI'd, come back friday, drive it and end up driving it home [guy takes it back] and "holding it for me", they sell it that night without calling or anything, then sat morning they dont have a truck for me.

i found my 95 in either michigan or indiana auto/rv. i was living in north central indiana, just graduated college, and my parents bought us a car when we graduated. so my mom and i went to MI to look at it, test drove it, put a deposit on it and drove it home.

I had a 97 that i bought from a RPS member. he wrecked it and was parting it out. Bought the hole things for parts. sold the engine/trans/rear to a local friend who put it in his 93. after a while of not talking and never getting my money, i bought his 93 for next to nothing (after learning he was selling it).

so that's how i got my 93 as well.

August 07, 2009, I bought my Truck from an Auction. The Auction was put on by the State Police, and they were Auctioning off Drug Seizured Vehicles. There were 2 rangers. One Red, extended cab, and One Blue, standard cab. Of course I wanted the Red one, but I only had $2,000 and the Red one went for $4,000. So when we got to the blue one, I asked my mom to bid on it for me. I finally got it for $1,700.

i had a 1974 ford ranchero 500 that i had just rebuilt the 351c and was in the process of completly restoring the whole car. the body was perfect and i loved that car..... then one night/day at 2am some punk ass dope smoking kid came to my door and said i hit your car..........................
if he wasnt already bleeding all over my pourch i would of beat him
the ranchero was completly totoled i mean bent in half frame oil gas trans fluid everywhere
but insurance gave me 5,000 for it and i bought my ranger
i took the 351c out of it and it is sitting in my garage.
