1) flip the leaf springs how? so they're under the axle?
2) search
3) seen ones that attach differently. some have clips, some screw on, some are zip tied cuz people get lazy
4) SEARCH both here and on google. your questions all have answers that you could have found yourself.

flip the center pins in the leaves and putting your axle on top of the leaves will give you about 3 inches drop. You will need to adjust your pinion angle with some alignment shims.

As far as turbo goes, i dont think anyone makes one specifically for a ranger with any engine. you can find a kit on ebay for like 650 and make it work with about anything.

You will need to find some new spring perches to weld on top of the axle tho but it is a relatively cheap and easy lower.

i tried just taking out 2/3 leafs just leaving the main one in and that lowered it great until about an hour of driving. it ended up pretty much flattening the leaf until it was on the bump stops. needless to say, i put the other leafs back in.

Or get an explorer axle..it'l bolt right up with the pin flipped. Plus you gain a limited slip, 4.10s, 31 spline axle shafts, and disc brakes...you can usually score one around here for under $250
