I didn't change it for the lower miles.. Bought a white face cluster off eBay with unknown miles cause my check engine light didn't work and cause I wanted a white one.. Title still read 183k from when I bought it, wasn't going to sell it.

That makes sense, but from your post it sounded like you were looking to reduce the miles.

No.. When I wrecked it I asked the lawyer if they where going to go by he miles on the truck or title she said probably the title.. I told her he odo only had 64k

That's illegal as all can be. Anyone that does a car fax will see that and you'll be in some huge trouble with some fines.

Can't sell it now.. Insurance got it.. I told them about the mileage..
I had thought about selling it, and wasn't sure whether to leave the cluster and tell people or just put the old cluster back in.. I got the Carfax report so wasn't really a big deal..
