I've been using 5k intervals with regular Mobil 1 oil. For this change I used extended life m1 oil and m1 extended life filter which is rated for 15k. She'll be OK. I keep an eye on the oil level and color. Although My ocd will probably kick in at some point and I'll change it sooner lol

Just over 5k on my explorer �� lol jk stupid 5 row od wishfully thinking that it's only 205k but if I remember the title correctly it said the previous owner got it with 260k..? So maybe 305k 0.o runs good aside for the clutch going soft every few days the body is rough but the frame is clean! And my ranger has 163k

178,500 miles and going strong!
Though it had a very minor rear main seal leak, but I finally had to do a proper repair after the worst possible freeze plug blew, the one behind the engine, which required a transmission drop.
She didn't need any major mechanical work up to this point, but after a new rear main seal, intake manifold gasket, freeze plug, thermostat, radiator cap, belt, etc. Feels good that I have a 21 year old truck that doesn't drip anything
