Just scored a FREE explorer!
WOOHOO! All I have to pay for is the new battery he just put in and I got a free explorer!
Windshield is cracked, interior is kinda messed up, but next 50% of junkyard day I'll just go find everything I need. It has a 4.0 and auto and no major damage outside. Pics tomorrow when I actually get the thing.

Few ideas...
1. tough trucks rig, beat the crap out of it 2. Clean it all up really nice, lower it with some mustang rims and put in a v8 as a nice cruiser 3. Strip it, long travel it and make it a desert taxi Its a 95 ish with torsion suspension, 2wd.

Here she is. When I get it I'll put my edge rims and 31's on it, wash it and wax it and then start assessing how bad things really are. The interior is pretty trashed, think I'll have to do new carpets, cover the seats, new door panels etc

I think theres still paint on there somewhere. I'll wash it and see how bad it is. I'll probably end up doing a deep polish and wax and call it a day. When I finish everything else to it, it will most likely get a paint job.
I'm thinking something like this but 4 door and V8 with turbo/SC and nitrous... lol
