os i was goin to my college class and on the wat there i heard a crunch and in my rear view i saw somethin black and that i hit somethin that was in the road but when i got to class i noticed my CB wire hangin and there was no antenna. my friend got it for me. the magnet mount broke and the antenna theard part was on the mount but the antenna wasnt so now i got an 8 foot whip from my friend and i am mountin that on my tool box. ill post pics when i am done

I use to have dual 5 footers on my truck, then I was driving, my mount came loose and one of them fell off. Shitty day, when shit like that happens.

it was cuz that antenna was a wilson 1000 and they are expensive

yeah I can see where that would ruin a day, Mine were cheap, So it wasn't too big of a deal. I just recently bought a 4 foot fire stick, I heard there good. Just have to buy a new coax, then I can try it out.

my lil prerun run... tires and junk cool tube bumpers, fiberglass, cool colored lights, loud bass and a tire rack so you know im cool

i havent had a problem with mine so dont be discouraged, except while off roading and in tight areas under trees, it likes to get caught and fall over but never broken

Mag mounts are best suited for cars. Man up and switch to a Firestick or Whip.
