Well you've replaced everything that could be a point of failure except one thing. I'm with Ben on this one. Fan clutch. If it isn't completely engaging, it will heat up and keep heating up until it over heats while you're stopped.

I doubt its the radiator since the symptoms were the same before you replaced it too.

If it were me, check your heater core. Those tend to get clogged over time. You can either flush it out......

OR

if you don't plan on using your heater, like ever, you can bypass your heater core, and just connect the hoses together.

A clogged heater core has no effect on the operating temperature of the vehicle.

Please explain:
I ask because in any vehicle running hot, turn the heat on full blast and it draws some of the heat away from the engine bay, and WILL help a little bit.

When you have the heat on the coolant has a longer distance to travel (adding to cooling capacity) and goes through the heater core like a smalll mini radiator.

So if the heats on, it DOES have an effect (sligggtly more cooling capacity) but not much.

I know, you are right, and I've done that when I've needed emergency cooling in the past. But that isn't what I said. What said was, "A clogged heater core has no effect on operating temperature of the vehicle", which remains accurate. If coolant isn't flowing through it, it is not going to make the engine run any hotter or colder than it is. It is NOT causing his problem.

And I'm going to chime in with my favorite response. Do you have a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water in the cooling system? Too much coolant = less heat dissipation.
