I mostly use Wilco Hess. with 87.... I also will use BP, shell, WAWA, and any place that sell ethanol free fuels when I can find them

I prefer Sunoco. I still have a little bit of a knock when first starting up if I use 87, so I'm still using 89. Because of past practices, I avoid BP and Exxon but if I'm on the road, I'll take whatever big name brand is out there.

I find that Shell lasts longer than the cheaper gas (Arco mainly around here), and runs much better with my truck.

I usually run Chevron exclusively, but if in a pinch, i'll run Shell gas. I will not use Sam's Club, Costco, Arco, or Safeway gas. Stuff is just garbage.

A buddy of mine is a gas hauler. He delivers gasoline to various stations in the tri-state area. Every load he hauls comes from the same tank farm. The tank farm blends the specific additives for each type of fuel. which are pretty much all the same as well. BP, Shell, Phillips, all come from the same tank. Higher octanes will product better results, as far as performance, less pinging, etc.. but as everyone already knows, are more expensive. I try to run a tank of higher octane at least once a month and keep adding to it with a lower octane as it goes down over time.

Chevron, Shell, Mobil, and 76, regular octane. I try to stay away from everything else. And its a waste of time trying to find gas with no ethanol around here. The entire state of California has like 4 ethanol-free stations

Get on the main screen and post this in the correct thread. Not going to help you to put it here. Start a new thread about it.

Shell 87 for me. With a bttle of Lucas Oil Fuel Treatment once in a while too. Both combined = no need for higher octance.

Cheapest place I can find , which happens to be a local Sunoco , but I use 87 octane . No use putting in 93 and getting it used to it .3.75 versus 4.05 per gallon
