Road trip info
So heading out for a 10 hr road trip in the ranger, never taken this ranger anywhere but around town before. Any must do's? Its gonna be loaded down, not sure if I should take anything special? Any input would be appreciated

Re: Road trip info
do your routine maintenace before you go
tire pressure check and if its due or its gonna be due then do ur oil change
my advice...CLEAN THE TRUCK before you go nothing is more irritating than not being able to find what u want whenu wnat it lol
be sure ur prepared before the trip for the things ur loading ie: straps lol

Re: Road trip info
Have fun and map out your trip 1st. I took my first Ranger (a single cab 4 cyl. auto) to Toronto, Ontario from Cleveland, Ohio, which is about 6 hours maybe. All I did was check the oil and tires, and I was fine. If your car is properly maintained you shouldn't have any worries.

but seriously bering all ur old cds that u used to listen to and ofc ur current faves
theres so music i dont listen to on long drives...music that will get me pumped so death metal (whichis my fave) is something that is not played often on long trips HOWEVER! ac/dc, jefferson starship, metalllica, john mellencamp, queen, and MANY MANY others are my fave to listen to on road trips lol despitye the fact that i normally liste to bands liek nile , cannibal corpse, slayer and etc haha

my suggestion to you, keep your foot out of the skinny pedal, pack your own drinks/snacks/lunch whatever and only stop when the truck needs some go-juice.

lol.
As everyone else has said, make sure your truck is willing and ready to make the trip. Bring food. Entertainment, bring music and hope to higher powers that there is beautiful scenery. Not much you can do to entertain yourself when your eyes need to be on the road.
Have a safe trip!

Yessir! Haha id be pumped to see some more rangers too!
And a 2 way plane tickey would be ideal but i dont think they will lete bring a motorcycle as a carry on item haha so i did make a friend to travel with to help split costs so it will be easy on this side east coast will be pricey!
