If you return it, then it's a used truck, probably you can't return it.

you must check the laws in your state. But be assured you can return it. Many states have limitation on returning a car, normally 14 to 30 days. Also check your purchase agreement, you know all that fine print. contact your states Attorney Generals office or a local consumer protection group. Many times dealers will include text in the agreement that do not comply to the law, this is just a dodge and is not legally binding.

You are not going to make friends at the dealer, but a good dealer will work with you.
