Default A Few Simple Questions...

I was wondering a few things...

Will the newer ranger tail lights fit into the spot of the older ones. (the newer ones do NOT have the orange signal, simply white and red)

What type of paint should I use for 'blacking' out lights?

What type of paint should I use for the plastics around my deck? (it seems alot of people have done it, and i want it to look shiny and right)

How do I come about putting an explorer 'cup holder piece' into my ranger (automatic). Ive seen a few people do it on here, and I think it looks great.

Very much appreciated, thank you

Use Niteshades to black your tails out. Duplicolor and Krylon make paint specifically for plastics. I cannot comment on your other questions, because I haven't done these mods. Search, the answers are here.

Nazi! I understand the need to say what you said, but at least offer some help at the same time. Not everyone is accustomed to forums.

You can use nightshade. I would not go to dark as it will be hard to see the light.

You can also use window tint

Krylon Fusion paint is what I used and most others use. Can be bought at walmart.

Find one in a junk yard or on ebay. use www.car-part.com to search all salvage yards in your state.

There are instructions on how to install one. The shorter version is the same install. You will need to cut the hump off your current seats if they are the 60/40 style

It would also help if you had a signature telling everyone what your truck is Year, engine, 2wd or 4wd etc etc.

okay, so before i posted this, i already painted my plastics around my deck with krylon fusion, but its very flat. i was at walmart today and saw a krylon 'clear/glossy' paint. has anyone used this, or something like it to make it look glossy? i dont like the flat look
