front bumper help
hey guys, im wondering if i can take the upper part of the bumper off without removing the bottom part?

Are you talking about the steel bumper bar that the valence holds on to? if so then no. The plastic valence is hooked to the steel bumper.

because the valence thats on my truck right now is rusted through so i bought a new one and wanted to know if the plastic bumper can stay on

I get you now. If the new bumper you ordered matches your old one then you just have to pull the valence (plastic part) off the rusted one and hook it to the new one and your set!
