I just can't swallow the fact that a 4cyl base Colorado starts at 27K??? Are they insane, its the interior of a Cobalt, the body of a stainless steel oven and a below average reliability record. My Ranger was $18845 full load V6, GM, if I wanted a piece of turd in my driveway, i would built a damn outhouse in the middle, keep it your showrooms and for low budget landscaping companies, I will keep my Cologne V6 and all my Ranger goodies!

Where are you getting 27k? MSRP is 17k and I have seen new ones on the lot for close to the MSRP.

I guess that just where I am at Canada, gotta love our dollar (even though its worth just as much as American we still pay up to 13% more then you guys)

here's one for sale right down the road from where I live.

haha damn yeah, I didn't see you were in Canada. Down where I am Colorados go pretty cheap new because you can get a Silverado for almost as much.

oh here as well dude , you can get a silverado for the same price as this Colorado/Canyon. GM is a fail here imo. I find they really overprice their subpar products compare to Dodge and Ford. The only things reasonably priced is the Camaro and Vettes, other that I turn my nose to GM here in Canada

the only platform i hate more than the S-10 platform is the Colorado/Canyon/Izuzu I-Series platforms. They are a midsize truck but are equally as small inside as a ranger (except for the crew-cab), have a stupid I-5 engine, are notoriously unreliable and as noted above are stupid expensive. not to mention they are ugly. word on the street is that they will hit the chopping block along with the ranger within the next couple years.

I would like to see Canyon go the Hells Kitchen Chopping blok, Chef gordon would give it a beat down. This is Gms worse idea since the Optra.
