stupidity question here!
is it possible to move my little ac radiator so that i can move my fog lights to behind the grill?

Yea, make it clean and DO NOT try to remove the hoses until you have it discharged. It's very dangerous if you dont.

It has to be vacummed down by an AC tech or trained individual. It is not cheap to get the tools to do so. the gas MUST be captured in a receptacle according to EPA. It is a dangerous gas.

Probable be cheaper if you purchase THINNER Fog Lights!

when we threw litter out our windows while driving...
when we poured oil and radiator fluids down the sewer drains...
when we release dangerous freon into the atmosphere...

I hate to say it, but a lot of county and municipalities still allow you to pour out coolant as long as you are x amount of feet away from such and such waterway, drains, etc.
