Duratec 2.3 & Extended cab...
I can't remember if Rangers ever come in that configuration. I know how Rangers could be configured 6 ways from Sunday, but a few configurations were dropped starting in '98.

I've got an '11 2.3L Supercab but 2wd & auto. Not sure if that's what you were asking Op? I really wanted a 2.3L 5/speed XLT Longbed but was sad to find Ford dropped the longbed option. When I got my truck in Feb of this year seems like every dealer was flooded with 2.3L Supercab Rangers, almost all automatic and 2wd. I don't know what inventories look like today as someone posted that you can no longer order a supercab with 2.3 as of now.
