Default drywall in 94 ranger splash

hello everyone is it possible to carry drywall in a 94 ford ranger splash? How wide is the interior at it's widest area and shortest area? Thanks in advance!

Only thing I see working is laying it across both bed rails and hooking straps to the bottom of the fenders and over to secure.

Damn thaat sucks I have a chance to get a 94 ranger with 88000 miles and in excellent condition all the way around. its for my pops and he was wondering if it could carry drywall. I love the truck i dont think this should deter him but it might.

yeah, because if your dealing with a lot of 4X8 sheets of plywood, drywall, etc. then your usually better off with a full size truck with a 8 ft box like a F-150 or Sierra

I have the regular box, and even that's way too small for anything too important.

That's why a bed extender works for larger loads.

Still have very little width and depth to work with, though. Bed rails would help with the depth.

Ya say your hauling a couch. You would have to have the tailgate down and a strap going across the back. You could have the bed extender and not worry about the strap possibly tearing up the couch

sounds good and if your keeeping you truck for a long time it would be worth the $
also, are the newer ones easy to install and remove so the extender does always have to stay in the bed?
