When I got my silver cluster I swapped the orange needles for the white ones, I think it looks better like that
I couldn't make the silver HVAC work on mine, the plugs were completely different

Nice find! I recently put both in my 97. Makes the interior look 10000x better! I swapped the silver face onto my stock white-ish backing plate. Cuz it was missing the illumination plug. Also what i did to get the odo. right was just remove the clear cover (~7 torx heads around the edge) and just manually rolled them to the correct mileage, i actually used the torx bit that i used to remove the cover to roll them. It has been working flawlessly for well over 1k miles so im convinced i saved time and head ache. Good luck with the installs!
