Its just the initial start, it seems to me its lime a big jolt of energy in the becoming and then the bulb starts warming up. But every person with hid's I have seen start them up the same thing happens

No. You're existing wiring is more than up to the task. HID's draw LESS power than your stock halogens. And this rumored "high startup current" is BS as well. The startup current on HID's is the same or less than that of halogens. If you're having issues like that, then your wiring is faulty or there is a ballast/lamp issue.
