Default Speedometer reads 2-10 mph while stopped!

Hello everyone, on my 2003 Ranger FX4, my speedometer and odometer both continue to show the truck is moving at anywhere from 2-10 mph when the truck is stopped. Does not matter if it is PRND12, still does it. I unhooked the speed sensor at the transmission, and it still does the same thing. If I rev the engine up, needled goes to 0. Anyone seen this before? Thanks

Yea, put a mile on her, never went anywhere. Kinda sucks. Nothing ever breaks on this truck. Could be the speedo/tach head, but maybe not.
