2000 Ford Ranger 3.0l 5 speed idle problem
Okay i have read the other threads on here and it seems no one else has the same issue. Uhm, I started it up and it was cold so it idled higher than normal, no big deal but as iwas going down the road i noticed that when i shifted the rpms never dropped until i let the clutch out causing it to jerk. and going from 4th to 5th i just held in the clutch and didnt go to 5th to see what it would do, and it jus sat on 3k. WTF!? it makes no sense the throttle wasnt hung or anything and sitting still it idles at 1500 warmed completely up. when shifting, if u hold the clutch in and jus let off the gas it will sit there for a minute and then drop slowly until 2k i just bought this truck a month ago. so far ive changed the oil and balanced the tires
Please Help...
Thanks in advance..
